Crown Isle Granite Flamed Top Post Cap

To create a professional and polished look for any natural stone masonry project featuring posts, finishing elements such as post caps are a must. K2 Stone's Solid Stone Post Caps are made from a single piece of stone and typically overhang the post slightly to provide a protective drip edge for water to flow off the top surface, preventing it from permeating into the post structure and causing damage. Post Caps also add aesthetic coherence to the post and surrounding construction elements, and a visual sense of completeness and sturdiness. These products are available in a range of profiles, including Crown Isle Granite, a unique salt and pepper granite quarried on Vancouver Island. Crown Isle Granite Flamed Top Post Caps are available in any size combination up to 24" x 24", with a minimum thickness of 2". Additional texture is applied to the surface of the the granite using a technique called flaming, a process that super-heats a cut stone face. Crown Isle Post Caps feature a flamed top and sides and a smooth cut bottom, but the look can also be customized to your builder or designer's specifications.
